Position summary This market leading product is a powerful financial application for viewing and analyzing financial data and markets. The successful candidate will have a diverse role within the team and will be involved in product management and also responsible for daily customer-based operations. We are looking for a motivated candidate that has knowledge of and interest in financial markets and data technology.

Duties & accountabilities - Participate in requirements gathering and writing of specifications for the products; - Translate user feedback into feature requests and help prioritize these in the development pipeline. - Monitor and report on operational service levels of products; - Organize and schedule release testing.

Business competencies
Education and experience - Strong academic background in Finance - Affinity with Excel/SQL - Experience of Financial Markets environment e.g. Operations, Trade Support, Data Services Commercial awareness
- Ability to understand client needs and translate these to products and services Management requirements - Ability to motivate and influence people and communicate strongly with both technology and business.
