The theory being that they are pleased with the services Bos Search Select have provided and therefore happy to bring new potential candidates in contact with Bos Search Select.

In addition to this, Bos Search Select offer a substantial, guaranteed bonus of €1000 upon the successful placement of a candidate in a new job, or contract (of at least 3 months). 

In the current market climate, IT specialists are in high demand. Bos Search Select are always handling hundreds of ‘Live Vacancies’ and hence we are always looking to find good IT professionals in our specialist Technical Areas who are looking, or considering a move. Since we get paid for placing people, it only fair that we reward you for the referral or introduction.
 
We do not expect or even want you to check if the person is actually seeking another position, this is best left to the professionals. In fact you may not even really know the person that well – but clearly the better they are, and the more information you can provide to us, then the more likely it is that Bos Search Select can place them in a new job.
