Speak to a BOS SEARCH SELECT Recruitment Consultant who will manage the entire process:
- Our Consultants will want to know what you want. Until we know this, we offer you nothing, how can we?
- You will be offered specific jobs with specific named clients.
- Only with your consent, your CV is introduced directly to the appropriate Hiring Manager.
Feedback is essential, we work closely with our clients and so they always give us relevant feedback.
- Interview stages are carefully managed to work around your agenda.
- You will be fully briefed and prepared.
- You will receive a job specification, route description and contact details well in advance of any interviews.
The job offer stage is essential to get right:
- Our Consultants agree your salary and package requirements at the very beginning and confirm this with the client saving problems at offer stage.
- We understand that sometimes things change and so our Consultants will advise you as to the potential for negotiation.
- Our Consultants will have indepth knowledge of the contract details and be on hand to explain all terms
